Dear compatriots!

Dear teachers and pupils

of Marie Manoogian School!
On behalf of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenian, I congratulate you on the occasion of the 40^th anniversary of the establishment of the school.

With great pride and gratification, I would like to state the fact that our compatriots living in faraway Argentina are so scrupulous to the Armenian education and training of the Armenian kids and the preservation of the vitality of the Armenian spirit in their souls. I highly appreciate also the role and the long-term unfailing efforts of Armenian families and the school in preserving the Armenian identity of the Armenian kids and the youth, their Armenian education, thus, tying them to the Motherland, and their great devotion in joint fighting against the disaster of assimilation.

Representing one of the oldest and traditional peoples of the world, we – the Armenians – specifically value the education and the teacher. We have already rated high the efforts of the organizers and pedagogues in education and training of our young  generation; they are individuals, who are engaged in the core activity of formation of an individual and an Armenian, sparing no effort to attain that goal.

Marie Manoogian everyday school, which exists for already 40 years has shouldered a big and sensible burden, implementing the most important and actual issue for the Armenians living in Argentina, i.e. teaching the mother tongue, bringing it to such a perceptibility that even the foreigners are attracted by our language and culture.

I express my special gratitude to those Argentinian Armenian parents, who take their children to the Armenian school, the benefactors and sponsors who do their best for an Armenian and the Armenians.

Extending my gratitude, I wish you strength and vigor in favor of the bright Armenian future for the Armenian generations, and development and strengthening of Armenia-Diaspora partnership.
