Congratulations on the 5th anniversary of the Ministry of Diaspora!  With so many Armenians living outside of Armenia, the Diaspora Ministry has been a unique resource for Armenians everywhere.

Your Ministry’s concern and care with the challenges and the contributions of Diaspora Armenians has been a tremendous value. I particularly appreciated your visit to Jefferson Elementary School in 2011; our students and parents felt the connection and witnessed the partnership with Armenia.
