On May 31, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received painter, Merited Art Figure of the Republic of Armenia, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts of Yerevan State Academy of the Arts, Professor Edik Vardanyan and art critic, Head of ArtCaucasus regional association Marina Yeremyan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the opening of the exhibition showcasing the works of Edik Vardanyan and his daughter, Amalya Karapetyan at the Home of Painters of Armenia with the support of the RA Ministry of Diaspora, the potential of young Armenian creators, as well as the opportunities to help Armenian artists of Armenia and the Diaspora collaborate and become more recognized abroad.
