Members of the unified committee of Jerusalem held a charity event to meet the defensive needs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. They centralized the efforts of the local Armenian community and obtained drugs and medical equipment for the Defense Army and packages of drugs for the military servicemen, as reported the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense, according to Hayern Aysor.

On May 27, the representatives of the unified committee were received by NKR Minister of Defense, Commander of the Defense Army, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan. Issues related to future initiatives of the unified committee for the Defense Army were discussed during the meeting.

Afterwards, the members of the unified committee visited the military hospital in Stepanakert, provided drugs and medical equipment and talked to the wounded soldiers and soldiers with other health problems.
