Citizens of Gyumri creating games for Faceboook

Aghasi started creating computer games when he was a university student. In the beginning, it was a hobby, but later he treated it more seriously and started creating computer games for mainly Russian clients. Later, he was introduced to the latest methods of computer programming, after which he and his friends came up with the idea of joining forces and creating their own computer games.
“I think people can create computer games not only to turn people into zombies, but also to help them enhance their intellect. Currently, our team is working on creating such a game,” says director of ANNANIKS Company Aghasi Gyujoghlyan, reports ankakh.com.
Aghasi says he and his team couldn’t have achieved such heights, if they hadn’t met representatives of the technological center in Gyumri in 2014 and paved a way for young computer programmers. ANNANIKS Company, which is already one of the leading companies in the computer game industry, is starting to create computer games with the items and technical equipment located within the newly built building of the technological center. The team creates games for social networks that also include solutions for mobile phones.
It is this company that recently won a grant from the Enterprises Incubator Fund and is now working on creating a new intellectual computer game.
The programmer is convinced that the IT sector in Gyumri provides youth with wide opportunities to express themselves and brings up his personal example.
“When I presented my idea at the technological center, the representatives advised me to write a business plan and helped me do everything the right way. We participated in the grant contest and won.”
Aghasi Gyurjoghlyan mentioned that the top IT experts in Yerevan are from Gyumri and that there is a need to create all the favorable conditions to have them return and prevent the outflow of new potential.
