Another presentation of business plans developed by beginning Syrian-Armenian businessmen was held within the scope of the Support to the Entrepreneurship of Beginning Businessmen Program of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development National Center of Armenia, reports Panorama.am.

As reports the the SME DNC of Armenia, the program was launched within the scope of the joint program of the UNHCR and the State Employment Service Agency in Yerevan on August 11, 2015.

In the course of the program, the participants gained knowledge about business planning, marketing, management, industry and finance and acquired the relevant business skills.

As a result, all 16 participants developed their business plans. Out of the 16, 8 presented their business plans, of which 75% are for industry and 25% are for the service sector.

The beginning businessman has the chance to use the financial assistance tool provided by the SME DNC.

The viable and most highly rated business plans can be presented for loans under the following conditions for the engagement of financial resources:

• amount: maximum of AMD 5 million;
• annual interest rate: 4%;
• period: maximum of 5 years;
• pledge: guarantee by the SME DNC of Armenia (100%);
• target group: beginning businessmen.
