On March 28, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received member of the Central Committee of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party (Ramgavar), Vice-Chairman of the U.S. West Coast Regional Committee of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party (Ramgavar) Raffi Balian.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the development of Armenia-Diaspora relations, preservation of the Armenian identity, as well as the events dedicated to the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide.
