Serzh Sargsyan welcomes OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs’ statement in Krakow

President Serzh Sargsyan received yesterday OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov (Russia), James Warlick (U.S.), Pierre Andreau (France) and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Anjey Kasprzik who are in Armenia on a regional visit, as the press service of the RA President reports.
The Co-Chairs shared their impressions of the meetings held in Baku and discussed their concerns in this stage of the negotiations over the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and future actions.
During the meeting, President Serzh Sargsyan welcomed the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs’ January 27 statement in Krakow which, according to the President, was quite different from previous statements in that the Co-Chairs finally called on Azerbaijan to stay true to its commitments for a peaceful settlement of the conflict.
