Turkish researcher Uğur Ümit Üngör to give lecture devoted to Armenian Genocide in Amsterdam
Amsterdam will host an event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide on January 30.
During the event, history professor at the University of Utrecht, scientific worker of the NIOD Institute for War, Holocaust and Genocide Studies, Dr. Uğur Ümit Üngör will give a lecture on “Reasons and Process of Genocide”.
Events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide will be held in the Netherlands and other places, as the Abovyan Cultural Union of the Netherlands reports to “Armenpress”.
The event is organized by the Federation of Armenian Organizations of the Netherlands (FAON), in association with the “April 24 Committee” and the “Gladzor” Armenian Student Association (ASV Gladzor).
