On 27 November the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree. The Central Information Department of the Artsakh President’s Office informed Armenpress that the decree is on awarding posthumously private (contract serviceman) of NKR Defense Army’s N division Vitalik Poghosyan with the “For Service in Battle” medal for bravery shown during the defense of the state border of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
