On November 20, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan arrived in Paris on a working visit.

On the same day, the head of state visited the central office in charge of organizing the All-European Phone-a-Thon, which is part of the Telethon-2014 organized by the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.

According to the General Department of Information of the administration of the NKR President, President Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the entire staff of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund France Chapter led by Director Petros Terzian and all the volunteers participating in the Phone-a-Thon.

The head of state considered the French-Armenian community one of the most organized communities of the Armenian Diaspora and the community that always shows active participation in the assistance efforts for Artsakh, the strengthening of Armenia-Diaspora relations and the implementation of pan-national programs.

The President was accompanied by Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Parkev Martirosyan and a group of state officials.
