The court of Basman of Moscow has replaced businessman Levon Hayrapetyan’s measure of restraint with house arrest.

The businessman is prohibited from using any means of communication, including the Internet, reports Aysor.am.

The court’s press secretary Anna Fadeyeva announced today that the investigation body petitioned the court to replace the measure of restraint against the businessman under the Bashneft case with house arrest.

Let us remind that Levon Hayrapetyan was arrested in Moscow and is charged with money laundering.

The businessman’s health condition has worsened after the arrest.
