Francois Hollande to host RA President in Paris in late October
President of France Francois Hollande wishes to see success in the enduring negotiations over the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict soon.
This is what Hollande stated in his congratulatory message addressed to the President of the Republic of Armenia on the occasion of Armenia’s Independence, underlining the act that he will be hosting President Serzh Sargsyan on that occasion in Paris in late October. “I wish to see success in the negotiations over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement in which France is very much involved as a co-chair of the Minsk Group,” the President of France mentioned.
Francois Hollande has invited the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan to Paris to continue the negotiations over a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The last two meetings of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan were held under the initiative of the two co-chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group in Sochi on 10 August at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and in Wales on 4 September, under the initiative of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.
