Students of Istanbul’s Sahakyan Armenian School to participate in Pan-Armenian Games
The students of Istanbul’s Sahakyan Armenian School will be participating in the 5th Pan-Armenian Games in 2015, reports “ArmenPress”, citing Agos Weekly.
The school’s team will be called “Istanbul Samatia” and will include groups that will compete in volleyball, soccer, footzal and tennis. Leader of the “Istanbul Samatia” team Herman Bechakchen has informed that all the participants are between the ages of 15 and 17.
In addition to the “Istanbul-Samatia” team, there will also be two other teams from Istanbul and Sasun. The 5th Pan-Armenian Games will be held on 2-13 August 2015.
