Opening of two renovated classes at the public school in Getashen village of Armavir Marz will take place at 16:00, August 21. The ceremony will be attended by the head of Armavir Municipality, a few members of the Armenian Cultural Ararat Organization, villagers and guests.

On the occasion of its 70^th anniversary, the Armenian Cultural Ararat Organization of Iran had initiated renovation of two classes of Getashen village in Armavir Marz. In addition to the material assistance, 10 volunteer scouts had their practical involvement in the activity.

The school has 14 classes, 6 of which have been partially renovated over the recent years.

On August 19, children from the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF)  visited the scouts of the Armenian Cultural Ararat Organization and jointly volunteered to assist in the renovation work. Also art program has been planned.
