Armenians are very good at chess

Armenians continue to achieve greater heights in chess.
The frequent victories of Armenian grosmeisters have truly made chess become very common in Armenia. It is constantly growing. Recently, the “Young Stars” World Chess Championship was held in Kirish, Russia.
Armenia won the first three places in the championship that doesn’t seem too important at first sight. The Armenian chess players representing Armenia are in the last places on the “Young Stars” table thanks to their brilliant victories.
David Paravyan settled down after the 5th round and is in the lead with 4.5 points, followed by international chess master Tigran Harutyunyan in third place with 0.5 points.
FIDE Master Hayk Martirosyan is the last of the top three with 3 points.
