U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern has addressed Armenia’s representative Aram MP3’s performance at the first semi-final of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in his microblog on Twitter.

John Heffern wrote the following: “Let’s see what you can do on Saturday evening. Do the same thing”. In addition, Heffern posted a video of Aram MP3’s performance “for those who missed the performance yesterday”.

The first semi-final for the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest was held in Copenhagen yesterday, and Armenia’s representative, first performer Aram MP3 made it to the final with his song Not Alone.

The other finalists are the singers from Hungary, Russia, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, San Marino, Ukraine, Sweden, The Netherlands and Iceland.
