Elections for the National Assembly were held in Hungary on Apr. 6.

We are pleased to inform that the Armenians of Hungary, taking advantage of the opportunities provided to them by Hungary’s new electoral legislation, successfully elected a representative of the Armenian community during the elections. Dr. Tamas Turdyan will be representing the Armenian ethnic minority of Hungary in the country’s parliament.
