Ambassador Aghajanyan presented her credentials to the President of Indonesia

Armenian Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia Anna Aghajanyan presented her credentials to President of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

The ceremony was held with the participation of 13 Ambassadors, including the Ambassadors of the EU, the U.S., South Africa, Poland, Romania and Oman with seats in Zakarta.

According to the protocol in Indonesia, the handing of credentials was followed by President Yudhoyono’s speech in which the President indicated the problems facing the Indonesian authorities.

Among other speakers were Ambassadors who were presenting their credentials. In her speech, Ambassador Aghajanyan particularly mentioned that the opening of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Indonesia will bring a new sweep to the development of relations between the two countries and assured the Armenian government’s willingness to deepen cooperation in the bilateral and multilateral formats, reports the RA MFA press office to “Hayern Aysor”.
