President of France Francois Hollande had a meeting with Agos Weekly Editor-in-Chief Hrant Dink’s wideo, Raquel Dink and Dink’s brother, Orhan Dink during the visit to Turkey.
CNN Turk reports that the meeting was closed for the media.
After the meeting, Orhan Dink told journalists that nothing interesting was discussed.
“It was a closed, “family” meeting. We haven’t talked about anything that will interest the public,” said Orhan.
The meeting lasted nearly half an hour. When asked whether the Armenian Genocide was discussed during the meeting, Orhan Dink said the issue hadn’t been discussed. In response to the several questions, Raquel Dink told journalists that “there is nothing that you wouldn’t know about”.
