13-year old Samuel Sevian becomes grosmeister

Samuel Sevian, 13, has become the new world grosmeister.
As reported by the Armenian Chess Federation to “ArmenPress”, Armenian American chess player Samuel Sevian, who turned 13 years old just a month ago, became a grosmeister in a large chess open tournament in Mashantucket, USA by scoring 6.5 out of the possible 9 points and winning the second prize out of 41 participants.
Samuel Sevian was born in 2000 in New York.
Samuel has been playing chess since the age of 5.
