RA Ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharyan visited the editorial offices of Aztag, Zartonk and Ararat Dailies, the “Trchnots Buyn” child care center in Jbeyl and the “Zvartnots” Center for Armenian children with mental problems, which is part of the Union of Social Servants of the Lebanese-Armenian community. The Ambassador conveyed the warm greetings and congratulatory remarks of RA President Serzh Sargsyan, as well as donations for Christmas and the New Year to the leaders and members of the organizations. The Lebanese-Armenian organizations accepted the RA President’s congratulatory remarks and financial assistance with great excitement and gratitude.

In his message addressed to the representatives of Lebanese-Armenian daily newspapers, the RA President expresses the conviction that through efforts and devotion, the Lebanese-Armenian media will shed light on issues of national significance more actively and with more quality and will contribute to the preparation and publication of all-embracing materials devoted to Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora with flexibility, patriotism, persistence and professionalism.

In a message addressed to the members and leaders of “Trchnots Buyn” and “Zvartnots”, the RA President highly appreciated the educators’ self-sacrifice and pro-national activities to ensure the physical, educational and psychological development of Armenian children and youth.

The heads of media outlets and the directors of institutions assured that they wouldn’t spare any effort to continue to preserve the Armenian identity and deepen Armenian education and the Armenia-Diaspora partnership. They expressed their deep gratitude to RA President Serzh Sargsyan for his ongoing attention and generosity and asked to convey their warmest greetings and best wishes to the RA President for the holidays.
