Dear Diaspora Armenians!
From July 21 to August 3, 2019, a two-week educational course for Diaspora choreographers and choirmasters youth will be implemented in Armenia
The course participants will spend 14 days in Yerevan, where they will be able to improve their knowledge and skills in the field of the organization and management of dance groups/choirs
Course theoretical topics and practical exercises provided by well-known professionals will include:
– the characteristics and attributes of the national dance and song
-traditional folk dance, modern dance, traditional and classical singing, staging skills,
– organizing and managing of the dance groups/choirs in communities.
The course agenda also includes cultural meetings and interesting trips to historical and cultural sites, participation in various events, etc. The language of the course is Armenian.
All expenses of staying in Armenia during the 14-day period will be covered by the Government of the RA.

Who can participate in the Course?
Diaspora dance groups and choirs managers, dance instructors, choirmasters, choir conductors, who:
• are not citizens of the Republic of Armenia (with the exception of dual citizenship)
• did not participate in the programs of choreographers and choirmasters organized by the Ministry of Diaspora in previous years
• agree to cover the transportation costs for arrival and departure to Armenia at their own expenses
• agree to cover the costs for the two-weeks travel insurance at their own expenses

Deadline for the application submission:
June 20, 2019 at 24:00 (local time in Yerevan)

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE LIMITED NUMBER OF PLACES, WE REPORT THAT THE SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS WILL BE MADE ON THE PRINCIPLE “FIRST APPLY-FIRST ACCEPTED”.
Deadline for the application acceptance/rejection
An official notice of confirmation/rejection of the application will be sent to all applicants prior to:
July 1, 2019 at 18:00 (local time in Yerevan)
