During the subsequent trial over the murder of former editor-in-chief of Istanbul’s Agos Armenian Weekly Hrant Dink, the Turkish court rendered a scandalous decision.

As reported Istanbul’s Agos Armenian Weekly, the court rendered a decision on releasing former commander of the gendarmerie of Trabizon Ali Oz and former head of intelligence of the gendarmerie of Trabizon Metin Yildiz.

After rendering its decision, the court declared that the next trials would be held on 24-28 September.

Let us mention that the commander of the gendarmerie of Trabizon and the head of intelligence of the gendarmerie were informed about the murder in preparation, but had not taken any action to prevent it.
