Armen Grigoryan meets with representatives of DIALOG Organization

On July 7, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan, who is on a working visit to Moscow, had a meeting/working breakfast with representatives of DIALOG Organization.
During the meeting, President of DIALOG Organization Yuri Navoyan presented the areas of the organization’s activities that are aimed at enhancing Armenian-Russian relations through public diplomacy and engaging the potential of the Armenian community of Russia in programs for cooperation.
Armen Grigoryan talked about the results of his visit to Moscow and his meeting with Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolay Patrushev and attached importance to such meetings and the cooperation with Russia.
The participants of the meeting, including also Gor Karakhanyan, Arageghetsik Ghazaryan, Samvel Karakhanyan, Gurgen Poghosyan, Davit Mnatsakanyan and Slavik Galstyan, exchanged views on specific issues related to Armenia’s domestic and foreign policies, strengthening of the country’s national security and enhancement of the country’s military-industrial complex. They also highlighted the importance of cooperation with Russia in these directions and the inadmissibility of the emergence of a vacuum in interstate relations.
The Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council also answered the attendees’ questions that were related to the priorities of Armenia’s new government, the situation on the border, the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the relations with neighboring countries and the cooperation with the Diaspora.
An agreement was reached to continue cooperation.
