Ahead of the “AriPariQochari” (Come and Dance the Armenian Kochari) pan-Armenian flashmob…We Armenians must also win with dance
Hayern Aysor– They won by loving, smiling and dancing. The world had never heard of this model of a revolution. The sounds of the triumphant Armenian Kochari and Yarkhushta could be heard in different corners of the globe. Perhaps it is hard to imagine the rebirth of the spirit of the whole nation without national song and dance since it brings our identity back to us Armenians, and the citizen having rediscovered his identity is invincible and already victorious.
Months ago, before this awakening of the Armenian nation, the Armenian Culture Home of Grenoble, considering the idea of unity a priority, undertook the initiative to organize a pan-Armenian flashmob dedicated to the May Heroic Battles in order to consolidate Armenians of the world through the Armenian Kochari dance on May 26. Today, 78 organizations have expressed the desire and willingness to dance the Armenian Kochari, representing 52 cities of over 25 countries. In fact, each of us can join this exceptional initiative, regardless of gender, age, occupation and even political views. All you need to do is fill out the application form at www.aripariqochari.com, dance the Armenian Kochari in your country of residence, videotape the dance and upload the video on YouTube or Facebook, adding #aripariqochari, making it possible to find the video on search engines quickly.
Although the event is only days away, more and more people are expressing the desire to participate in the “AriPariQochari” (Come and Dance the Kochari) flashmob every day, and the geography is expanding. This means that this will create a powerful bridge between the homeland and all Armenians living in the most distant corners of the globe. So, we call on our compatriots and the leaders of the pan-national movement led by Nikol Pashinyan to not miss this opportunity to show our beauty to the world and enshrine our new victory in the month of May with the Armenian Kochari dance. And so, come and dance the Armenian Kochari!
We are more than grateful to the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia, which trusted us right from the start and extended a helping hand, expressing willingness to support the implementation of this pro-national initiative until the end.
