On March 22 at 17:00, within the scope of the Days of Francophonie in Armenia events, the book “The Cuisine of Armenia” (France, 2017) by Richard and Korin Zarzavajian will be presented during an event to be held with the support of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia (Address: 3 V. Sargsyan Street, 9^th floor).

The book “Cuisine of Armenia” (“Cuisine d’Arménie”) features nearly 100 Armenian dishes with photos and recipes. The book’s authors — Korin (Hermine) and Richard Zarzavajian — have integrated and published their mother’s “tasty” notebook found in an old chest. Today, the book is very popular in France.
