Head of Tsarukyan parliamentary faction Gagik Tsarukyan has issued a statement stating that he will be participating in this year’s Telethon of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.

“The annual fundraiser of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund is of great significance for Artsakh and its people. Every year, I have made my great financial contributions to this major act. I have a special attitude towards Artsakh and its people. They are very precious for me, and this is exactly the reason why my efforts for Artsakh are ongoing. I continue to provide financial assistance to the residents of resettled communities, donate agricultural equipment and machinery and donate large amounts required for implementation of several projects targeted at Artsakh’s socio-economic development.

This time, I have decided to undertake another large-scale initiative for Artsakh and its security. I will provide funding for the construction of a new military unit with all the necessary conditions because today, the ultimate goal and key objective of each and every one of us must be to strengthen the security and ensure peace in Artsakh.

The land works for construction of this military unit are underway, and the main stage of construction will be launched in the spring. The military unit will always have water supply. I think every Armenian should prove his love for Artsakh with whatever he or she does. And so, let us do everything we can for the welfare and security of Artsakh, the second Armenian state,” the statement reads.
