Hayern Aysor, citing Canada’s Horizon Armenian newspaper, reports that on November 17, RA Minister of Defense Vigen Sargsyan, who is on a working visit to Canada, visited the monument to the canonized martyrs of the Armenian Genocide in Laval and laid flowers along with delegates of the Armenian National Committee of Canada.
