On the evening of November 14, the delegation led by Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan left the United States for Canada to participate in the UN Peacekeeping Defense Ministerial Conference in Vancouver, reported the Department of Information and Public Relations at the RA Ministry of Defense.

The ministerial conference is the largest peacekeeping defense conference that gathers more than 500 representatives of nearly 80 countries.

Before participating in the opening ceremony of the conference, the Armenian delegates paid tribute to the canonized martyrs of the Armenian Genocide along with representatives of the Armenian community of Vancouver.
