Touching upon the 6^th Armenia-Diaspora Pan-Armenian Conference held on 18-20 September under the title “Mutual Trust, Unity and Responsibility” in an interview with Hayern Aysor, Honorary Member of the Armenian General Benevolent Union, Vice-Chairman of AGBU Argentina Chapter Antonio Sarafian said he had participated in the previous conferences and was content. He also noted that the geography had expanded this time and considered this great progress.

“Being in Armenia again was a great pleasure for the Armenians of Argentina. The Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia had organized a literately planned conference. I think the topics and the panel sessions will serve as a great impetus for the development of the partnership between Armenia and the Diaspora in the years to come,” Antonio Sarafian stated, adding that he considers his participation in the conference, his encounters with Armenians from various countries and the exchange of views a great achievement.

Hayern Aysor’s interlocutor set forth the view that only through unity and heartfelt efforts will it be possible for the Armenian nation to achieve resolution of the issues of national concern and particularly maintenance of the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora triumvirate.
