Talish under restoration, reminds one of a construction site

Construction is currently in full swing in Talish. The first constructions will be exploited by the end of this year. The construction firms of Talish have also been joined by voluntary construction squads.
Svetlana Mnatsakanyan is one of the volunteers who have come to assist in the recovery efforts in Talish. According to deputy head of the administration of Martakert region and plenipotentiary representative of the government in Talish Levon Apresyan, the volunteers are helping demolish the ruins in the territory of the village.
The first volunteers came after paying heed to the call of Armenia’s football fan club and the National Guardia. Sergey Janjoyan represents the First Armenian Front NGO.
Talish currently reminds one of a construction site since it is completely in dust. The ruins are being demolished, dilapidated homes are being reconstructed, and new structures are under construction. Evrostroy construction firm is building public facilities in the village, and the construction firm’s representative Aram Aghabekyan assures that the company is taking all the security issues into consideration.
The internal water network is also under reconstruction. Villas are being rebuilt, and the residents of Talish are also working.
Most of the residents of Talish (about 30 families) residing in Artsakh are currently living in Alashan. These people also need to have the opportunity to be involved in economic activity. Plenipotentiary representative Levon Apresyan said the Tarinj rural production collective economy has already been established.
Today, the residents of Talish are participating in the efforts for economic recovery and restoration of the village and are waiting for the opportunity to settle in Talish once and for all.
