By the order of Minister of Culture of the Republic of Armenia Armen Amiryan, Harry Konstantin Orbelyan has been appointed to the vacant position of Director of the “National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet after Alexander Spendiaryan” SNCO, taking as a basis the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of 27 July 2017.
