Armenia’s men’s youth basketball team won Azerbaijan’s team in the B division of the U-20 European Basketball Championship taking place in Oradea, Romania.

The competition was tense, but the Armenian basketball team was persistent and managed to win 82-80.

Let us mention that the Armenian men’s youth basketball team will also play for the 17^th place on July 23.

Let us remind that the Armenian youth team won 5^th place in Subgroup A during the group stage of the championship of Europe’s U-20 B Division. In the four games, the Armenian basketball players managed to win only one game after winning the leading Polish team.
