“Armenia Through the Eyes of Friends” Program to be launched in Moscow

On July 14, Biblio-Globus Bookstore, Moscow’s major bookstore, will host the inauguration of DIALOG Organization’s new “Armenia Through the Eyes of Friends” Program.

The launch of the program will be marked by a meeting with member of the Federal Council of the Russian Federation Rafayil Zinurov, who is a Russian political figure of Bashkir descent and the author of the three-volume book “Armenia: Path of Millennia”, which presents the history of the Armenian people from ancient times to our days through an analysis of historical sources in the style of prose.

Among the participants of the meeting with the friend of Armenia of Bashkir descent will be Russian scholars and parliamentarians, as well as representatives of the Armenian and Bashkir communities of Moscow. It is envisaged to organize regular events for the provision of information and analysis through the “Armenia Through the Eyes of Friends” Program. The events will feature presentations of the works of Armenian authors, analyses, film screenings and the presentation of other materials devoted to the history and culture of Armenia and modern life in the country.

DIALOG Organization was established on April 3, 2017, which was the day marking the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Armenia. DIALOG is a non-partisan association that mainly consolidates the political scientists, journalists and analysts of the new generation. The president of the organization is public and political figure, political scientist Yuri Navoyan.
