Armenian language: the guarantee for national preservation

People were in a warm atmosphere and pleasantly worried at the “Tea, Coffee, Armenian Language” conversational club in Kiev today. Most of the first-year students of the Armenian language courses for the year 2017 were visiting the club for the first time ever, and the reason for their worry was clear-they were not only going to watch a film, but also receive their certificates of completion. What had brought them together was the love for the Armenian language. For some, learning Armenian was the call of the blood. For others, the Armenian language is the language of a nation with a rich and centuries-old culture and history, while for another person, it is the native language of a beloved young person. In any case, everyone was in a great mood. After the regular film screening and the discussion on the film, the participants of the courses received their certificates, heard congratulatory remarks, kind wishes and received flowers…
Dear students, the second semester of the 2016-2017 School Year drew to an end, and the new school year will begin on September 1, 2017. Until then, some of you will participate in the “Diaspora” Summer School Program of the RA Ministry of Diaspora. I hope your desire to learn Armenian opens many fairy tale-like doors for you.
We will be waiting for you with pleasure.
