On May 30, conscript Alik Avanesyan (father’s name: Smbat) received a lethal wound from the gunshot fired by the adversary in Artsakh.
This is what Head of the Military Medicine Department at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel Kamavor Khachatryan told journalists.
“The serviceman received a tertiary transient wound in his right thigh and is currently at the military hospital in Stepanakert. Doctors say his situation is grave,” Khachatryan said as he provided details.
According to Kamavor Khachatryan, it is currently impossible to transfer the serviceman to a hospital in Yerevan.
