Hranush Hakobyan introduced to exclusive collection of Armenian carpets at Royal Castle in Warsaw

On May 7, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, who is on a working visit to Poland, with the accompaniment of RA Ambassador to Poland Edgar Ghazaryan, visited the Royal Castle in central Warsaw where she viewed the exclusive permanent exhibition of the carpets belonging to the Tereza Sahakyan Foundation. Minister Hranush Hakobyan was introduced to the remarkable Armenian’s collection, a separate part of which are the exclusive Armenian carpets of Artsakh.

As reported the RA Embassy in Poland to Hayern Aysor, on the same day, Minister Hranush Hakobyan visited the Marshal Yuzef Pilsutsky Square in central Warsaw where, on the wall of the central headquarters of the garrison in Warsaw, there is a plaque dedicated to Yadviga Zarugevichova, who became the symbol of the mother of the Unknown Soldier of Poland.

Hranush Hakobyan and Ambassador Edgar Ghazaryan also visited the Military Pantheon in Warsaw and paid tribute to Yadviga Zarugevichova by laying flowers near the remarkable and symbolic Armenian figure’s tomb that features a cross-stone made from tuff.
