President of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan is calling on Armenians to further revitalize the cooperation between Armenia and the Diaspora.

President of the Union of Armenians of Russia told journalists that he was content with the incumbent government of Armenia and would do everything he could to help the Prime Minister.

He also added that the Armenians of Armenia and the Diaspora needed to stand united as one and support each other since only the Armenians can build the country.

“Every Armenian needs to join the call for investments in Armenia. Many Armenians can come with whatever they have and make proposals,” Abrahamyan noted, reported Armenpress.

According to him, there are Armenians based in 67 countries, and if we Armenians manage to “import” culture, science and sports from those communities, Armenia will become a superpower. In his turn, Abrahamyan also promised to make sure more Armenians make investments in Armenia.

On February 27, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Karen Karapetyan had made a call to Diaspora Armenians, urging them to participate in building the future of the homeland.
