March 1st is marked as Day of Gratitude on the national holiday calendar in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the children of the Armenian Sunday school of Van Armenian Cultural Center of Astana actively participate in the celebrations to mark the start of springtime.
“It is very important to understand and appreciate gratitude in order to do more good deeds and fill our environment with warmth and kindness,” Haiastan Mneyan said during a conversation with the children. According to Hayern Aysor, it was Haiastan who helped the children organize the festive ceremony dedicated to the start of springtime and the Day of Gratitude.
