Aleppo-Armenians ask St. Sarkis for peace and then love

Armenians of the Diaspora also preserve the traditions of eating a salty cracker and placing a tray of flour on their balconies on St. Sarkis Day. For the past five years, the Armenians of Aleppo have been asking Saint Sarkis the Warrior for peace and then love.
