Armenian chess player Hovhanisian took the 2nd place at the Belgian chess tournament.

The Chess Federation of the Republic of Armenia informed “Armenpress” that IM Mher Hovhanisian (Armenia) scored 5,5 points out of 7 and took the 2nd place among 105 participants at the open that was held in Leuven, Belgium. Hovhanisian was only half a point behind the winner – IM Steven Geirnaert (Belgium).
