“Letter to an Armenian Soldier”-Armenian children of the Netherlands sending letters to Armenian soldiers

January 28th marks the 25th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Army. On this occasion, the Van Armenian one-day elementary school of the Unified Armenians in Holland Union of the Dutch city of Nijmegen hosted an event during which the schoolchildren listened to their teachers attentively and with great excitement as they talked about courageous Armenian soldiers.

The children were asking questions about the military service and daily activities of Armenian soldiers and expressed the desire to visit and talk to them when they grow up…

At the end, the children wrote letters addressed to the soldiers of the Armenian Army. The children, who were between the ages of 4 and 6, conveyed their messages through pictures. They believe that their letters will put a big smile on the soldiers’ faces and are impatiently waiting for the responses to their letters.

This is the smallest thing that Armenian children can do for Armenian soldiers for the time being.
