NKR parliamentary speaker says there are great foundations for the development of relations between Artsakh and France

Artsakh has a “Home of Paul Éluard” Center for Francophonie, which is a very serious prerequisite for us to build our practical relations with the French Republic.
This is what Speaker of the National Assembly of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Ashot Ghulyan said during a January 18 press conference, adding that the Francophonie Center regularly holds different kinds of programs in Artsakh, one of which are the free French language courses offered at the National Assembly.
“The Center will soon organize French-language courses for experts of various sectors of Artsakh’s economy so that they have the opportunity to take professional training courses in France in the future,” the Speaker of the NKR National Assembly said, according to Artsakhpress, adding that there are great foundations for the development of relations between Artsakh and France and that the results will become even more visible over the years.
