РусскийKarabakh Constitutional referendum to be held on February 20
President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Thursday signed a decree with respect to putting the new draft Constitution to referendum.
Pursuant to the decree, based on the Artsakh National Assembly consent to the President’s initiative for putting this draft Constitution to referendum, the latter will be conducted on February 20.
