Black-ice is formed on VanadzorStepanavan, Vanadzor-Dilijan and Zanger-Angeghakot highways. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia the Lars highway is closed for all types of vehicles.
