On October 23, the participants of the 8^th Pan-Armenian Forum of Journalists organized by the RA Ministry of Diaspora, under the leadership of RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, visited the frontline of the Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, learned about the daily activities of the border guards, talked to the soldiers and witnessed the engineering works that were being carried out with the purpose of upgrading the defense structures.

Afterwards, the journalists visited the fortress/museum of Tigranakert where they had a meeting with Minister of Defense of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Levon Mnatsakanyan, who talked about the reforms that have been implemented after the war in April and attached importance to the healthy, moral and psychological atmosphere within the army.
