On September 29, the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Belarus hosted a concert dedicated to the 95^th birth anniversary of great composer Arno Babajanyan at the Musical Academy of Belarus in Minsk. The event was held as part of the events dedicated to the 25^th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Armenia, as reported the press service of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The concert featured performances of the works of Arno Babajanyan and Aram Khachaturian by the symphony orchestra of the M. Oginsky College of the Belarusian city of Molodechno.

Among the attendees were Belarusian government officials, the heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited to Belarus and members of the local Armenian community.

The concert began with a speech by RA Ambassador to Belarus Armen Khachatryan, who presented the musical legacy of the great Armenian composer.
