Building of kindergarten rebuilt with help from French-Armenian and Russian-Armenian benefactors opened in Artsakh’s Martuni

On September 26, Prime Minister of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received members of the Espeefa Charitable Organization and the delegations of Paris and the Ron-Alp district led by benefactor Jacques Matosian and Chairman of the France-Karabakh Friendship Circle, Deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of France Francois Roshbluan.

As reported the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Government of the Artsakh Republic, Harutyunyan attached importance to the participation of French-Armenian and French figures in various projects and especially emphasized the essential role that the Espeefa organization plays in the lives of the people of Artsakh. The head of government particularly said the following: “The people of numerous settlements of Artsakh have felt the results of the support of the organization and the French-Armenians, for which we are grateful to all the heartfelt people, be it locals, Diaspora Armenians and foreigners. I am certain that your organization’s programs and projects will be ongoing and will include more spheres and settlements over time. The government is always ready to deepen cooperation for the implementation of your programs and projects.”

Harutyunyan expressed his gratitude to the members of the organization for rebuilding the building of the kindergarten in the city of Martuni and invited them to attend the opening ceremony. The Prime Minister expressed special gratitude to Francois Roshbluan for the active role that he has played in the politics and society of Artsakh.

In his turn, Roshbluan expressed willingness to represent Artsakh’s interests in France for the sake of justice and for the peace and welfare of the people of Artsakh.

After the meeting, the head of government, along with the guests from France, participated in the solemn opening ceremony of the rebuilt building of the kindergarten in Martuni. During the ceremony, the guests were introduced to the activities carried out through the joint efforts of French-Armenian and Russian-Armenian benefactors, thanks to whom nearly 150 children of the central area of Martuni are already attending an improved kindergarten.

Considering the dedication of the benefactors exemplary, Prime Minister Harutyunyan considered the work a contribution to the education and demography of Artsakh in the long run.
