President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook in the 3rd “Artsakh Wine” festival, held in Togh village of the Hadrout region, President’s office reported on17 September.
According to the source, the head of the state noted with satisfaction that the wine festival had become traditional and so far had an obvious positive impact on stimulating local production.
